Here we offer a repaired climate service with a new display in exchange for your old device.
You can either have your own control element repaired or acquire a one that has already been repaired and send us yours after installation.

It should be mentioned that only old devices with a display defect can be accepted, but not the old parts with functional errors! You can see the typical damage image and the faithful, new look in the photos.

Tip:
We urgently advise against buying a “still intact” climate council. It is only a matter of time before the display runs out here too. So better save time, money and anger and use a network of control element.

Porsche original part General overhaul means you get an original Porsche article that our industrial partners have been newly prepared for you.

Process for the exchange procedure:
A core deposit is charged on your old component.
This amount is automatically added to your shopping cart and billed.
After receiving and inspecting your old components, we will refund the deposit amount automatically.

Please understand that we can only accept original and undamaged parts (only normal wear and tear). Please send us the core in the same condition as the reconditioned part (screws, applications, etc.). Cores with atypical damage cannot be reconditioned and will need to be returned to you. This is the only way we can maintain the exchange process.
The old part must be returned within one year, otherwise there is no entitlement to a refund.
