Process for the exchange procedure: A core deposit is charged on your old component. This amount is automatically added to your shopping cart and billed. After receiving and inspecting your old components, we will refund the deposit amount automatically.
Please understand that we can only accept original and undamaged parts (only normal wear and tear). Please send us the core in the same condition as the reconditioned part (screws, applications, etc.). Cores with atypical damage cannot be reconditioned and will need to be returned to you. This is the only way we can maintain the exchange process. The old part must be returned within one year, otherwise there is no entitlement to a refund.
Shipping outside the EU countries is not possible.
Reference numbers: Attention, in this article, the vehicle manufacturer has changed the scope of delivery behind the updated OE number over time or possibly reduced several variants of a part to only one variant. This could not have been correct. Below we listed all old and new OE numbers to the component here. If in doubt, please make sure of our product images whether it is exactly the expected product.
